Gift card terms

What it is

A gift card is credit for a tattoo session with Alex Fernandes in Brisbane. It shows the name of the person it's for, the amount, a gift code and the date it's valid until.

How long it lasts

It's valid for 3 years from the day it's activated. A fixed amount card is activated when it's paid. An open card is activated when it reaches its goal, or on its closing date.

One session

The card is used in one session. Any value left over after that session can't be carried over to another one, and the card can't be swapped for cash. If the session costs more than the card, the difference is paid on the day.

Who can use it

Only the person named on the card. The session is for adults, so they need to be 18 or over on the day.

Using it

Start an enquiry at alexfernandes.ink/enquiry and show your gift code when you book.

Open cards (friends chipping in)

• The person who opens the card picks a closing date (within 60 days) and, if they like, a goal. They put in the first part, from $10.
• Each contribution is at least $10. Amounts are never shown to anyone else.
• If an open card is cancelled before it's activated, everyone gets their money back to the card they paid with.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
